Gene Hendron, the owner of The Salon, has been my stylist for over 25 years. He transforms me each time I am lucky enough to see him . Don't miss seeing Melissa in the private spa area. Melissa has magic hands and can soothe away any stress. I recommend having a pedicure and a facial. You won't believe how good she is.
The Salon did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They listened to my needs, they eased my stress with a massage and they made me feel like a million bucks!

On a recent visit to KC from Boston area, my friend and I took our daughters here for hairstyles and make-up. We could not have been happier. The Salon has a wonderful atmosphere with professional staff without the attitude you sometimes find in upscale salons. Angelica gave the best shampoo/head massage ever! I initially chose to visit The Salon because I seen it advertised on Channel 5. From the moment I entered the door I was treated as though I had been a friend for years. I spent the next hour and a half with Malissa in the spa room. I took advantage of her time before my facial to ask as many questions about my skin that I had wondered about for quite some time. She answered every question and I was so comfortable with her recommendations. That was the most incredible facial I have ever had! But, please don't just take my word for it….call and check it out for yourself! I know I will travel back to Kansas City next month for my next facial.
The Salon is a wonderful, warm and welcoming day spa. Laura the receptionist anticipates all your needs while getting you ready for your hair or facial treatments. Shane is a rising star on the hair stylist side. He listens well and is attentive to your wants while suggesting the best options for you. You want to be a part of the energy and I can promise you will walk away feeling good about yourself.
The Salon has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I get all my hair services done there and I recently received a European facial from The Salon's esthetician, Malissa, and it was wonderful! Highly recommend The Salon!
