Rumors Salon gave me top level service from the minute I walked in the door. The atmosphere was great and the staff worked as a team unlike other salons that I've used in the past. Kailee Parnell was the stylist that worked on my hair and she was great with my highlights and my new hairstyle. Great service, great stylist, great salon!
When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and offered something to drink. I arrived 10 minutes early and was able to observe the atmosphere while I waited. The decor was very modern and all the stylists were very professional. It seemed all the stylists were having great conversations with their clients…lots of laughter and chatter. My stylist was on time, which is a huge bonus in my book! She was dressed very stylish and was really sweet. She sat me down and asked what it was I was hoping for. She listened intently and reassured me with her questions and understanding of my desires. During my whole service, a highlight, color, haircut and style, there was never a dull moment. Great conversation with a diet coke in my hand gave me just absolute relaxation during my first visit at this salon.
