Weekly Deal Sales & Policies
hercityguide.com partners with local merchants to offer Weekly Deals to the Kansas City community. Payment for all Weekly Deals is made to hercityguide and hercityguide is responsible for ensuring the Weekly Deal Voucher is sent to buyers via email. Weekly Deal Vouchers are downloaded by the buyer for use with the Merchant. Once the transaction is completed and the buyer receives their Weekly Deal Voucher, all communication and customer service should be initiated directly with the Merchant for the Weekly Deal purchased. Refunds on Weekly Deal Vouchers are permitted only for duplicate orders. Hercityguide cannot be held responsible for lost or unused Vouchers. Advertiser Refunds
All sales contracts for advertising are binding. Contracts broken prior to the contract end date are imposed a 30% cancellation fee for the remaining length of the contract.
